At a glance

Clear terms for a clear knowledge layer.

The current BrainexAI marketing website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Functional browser state is kept minimal and the policy will be updated if website technologies change.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and session identifiers. They can support requested functionality, security, preferences, measurement, and embedded services.

02

Current website use

BrainexAI does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking on this website as of the date above.

The interactive contact and booking demonstrations use temporary in-memory browser state to show form progress and confirmation. That state is not a cookie, is not persisted after a page refresh, and is not transmitted by the interface alone.

03

Strictly necessary technologies

Hosting, delivery, security, and future authenticated product experiences may use technologies required to route traffic, prevent abuse, maintain a session, or remember privacy choices. Blocking these technologies may prevent requested functionality from working.

04

Hosted media, fonts, and third parties

Some website assets, such as fonts, icons, or video, may be delivered by third-party content networks. Loading those assets can send standard request information such as IP address, browser details, and the requested asset to the provider. Those providers handle information under their own policies.

05

Analytics and measurement

If privacy-conscious analytics are introduced, this policy will identify the relevant purpose and provider. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, BrainexAI will present an appropriate choice before activating them.

06

Your browser choices

Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. Browser settings may also control tracking protection, third-party cookies, and privacy signals. Blocking necessary technologies can affect requested website or product functionality.

07

Privacy signals

Browsers may send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Because the current marketing website does not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, those signals do not change advertising behavior on the Website. BrainexAI will honor legally required signals if its practices change.

08

Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, providers, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Use the Contact page or email sudha@brainexai.tech for questions about browser technologies or privacy.
